
PAUL
VINCENT FUSCO
Born and raised in Lexington, Massachusetts, Paul
credits Franco Zefferelli “Romeo and Juliet” and
George Lucas’s “Star Wars” as the two films that
impacted his life, and firmly placed him on the road
to filmmaking.
After high school, he attended Emerson College. It
was here that he learned Set and Costume design,
Film and Television production, and would later
write, direct, and produce his own short films,
direct and write live Television, and Public Service
Announcements (which he received Evvy nominations,
Emerson College’s equivalent of the Emmy). He
graduated with an interdisciplinary Bachelor of
Science in Film, Television, and Set Design.
Paul then bought a one way ticket to LA to pursue a
career in the Special effects industry, working as a
Model, Prop and Set builder on various TV shows and
Feature films such as, THE ABYSS, BACK TO THE FUTURE
II, LA LAW, PREDATOR II, MONSTERS, THE FLASH and
various T.V. comercials.
As a writer, Paul has had feature projects optioned
and worked as a “Writer for Hire” for Stuart Segall
Productions.
Paul is a two time award winning short filmmaker for
“Self-Sanction” a suspense thriller, and “Dumpy the
Donut,” a comedic fantasy, which both received
Platinum honors at the 2006 WorldFest Houston film
festival. He also worked as a 2nd unit director on
“Cemetery Gates.” |
